 Applicants need to demonstrate how their projects might be sustained beyond 2012 and be expected to demonstrate: A track record of delivering projects on a UK-wide, national or regional scale; Geographical and community reach; and Credibility in their sector as a leader of good practice.

Grants will be made under the following three broad themes:
