Funding Priorities:

There is no such thing as a 'standard' Futurebuilders investment. Every investment made is designed to fit the plans, needs and financial situation of the individual applicant. Loan funding forms a substantial part of every full Futurebuilders investment.

Most organisations invested in will be new to loan funding so FutureBuilders offer longterm support to all investees, helping them to minimise the risks of loan finance and move towards long-term sustainability. The investment might also include a grant to cover revenue, or capital costs or capacity building.
