The Foyle Foundation funds projects or core work that makes an active contribution to improved health care. Smaller health charities, including those for rare or distressing conditions are generally favoured

 Registered Charities with the dominant purpose of learning, arts and health

Does the funder require match funder?

Funding Priorities:

LEARNING:

 

Libraries, museums and archives

State funded schools and special schools

 

Citizenship, esteem-building, skills acquisition to aid employment and early learning projects or playgroups will not generally be considered.

 

ARTS:

 

To help make the arts more accessible by developing new audiences, supporting tours, festivals and arts educational projects

To encourage new work and support young and emerging

 

Building and infrastructure projects to construct new arts facilities, improve or re-equip existing venues will also be considered

 

HEALTH

 

The Foundation supports applications linked to a known medical condition.
