Who can apply?
 Charitable organisations working through education or training to conserve the natural environment, architecture of distinction and traditional skills and to create opportunities for employment, particularly in rural areas. Organisations benefiting children and young adults; unemployed people; at-risk groups; people disadvantaged by poverty; ex-offenders and those at risk of offending; and people living in rural and urban areas.

Education to young people about the environment and the countryside, the wide spectrum of the arts, crafts and achitecture, and literacy and numeracy. All applications are expected to link in with the National Curriculum or recognised qualifications.
