Voluntary organisations that: are registered charities or constituted not-forprofit organisations based in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland AND are working to tackle disadvantage and discrimination AND are local, regional or second tier organisations with an annual income in the last financial year of between £250,000 and £7 million OR: are national
organisations with an annual income in the last financial year of between £1 million and £7 million OR:are international organisations carrying out the majority of their overseas work in Sub-Saharan Africa with an annual income in the last financial year of between £1 million and £7 million.
